I have been working at ICON full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Employees generally are conscientious and focused on achieving/exceeding project goals and timelines and professional in dealings with each other. Managers actively involved in your career planning.

    Cons

Many, many overseer's with focus on metrics, metrics, metrics. Constant & repetative follow up from multiple managers & upper level management impact time that could be spent actively completing workload and planning for upcoming or long-term study needs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Too many upper management levels with mulitiple oversight of same areas, reducing or streamlining oversight would reduce the constant requests for feedback & updates and could increase the profitability of the company.
