I have been working at IDC (International Data Corporation) full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Great work life balance - many people work from home at least one day a week and you get 18 days of paid time off the first year here.

    Cons

Slow - slow to promote, slow to change. Complete opposite of a startup, fun environment. If you are young and like to have fun, stay away.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Compensation isn't high enough for those starting off. Doesn't make sense that someone is getting paid twice as much as me for doing the same job just because they have been here forever.

    Doesn't Recommend
