I worked at IHOP part-time for more than a year

    Pros

It fast pace and you really find out how well you work under pressure. A very sink or swim type of environment. Seriously there is always work to do so never bored.

    Cons

People there tend to work doubles which can effect the customer experience and the company's reputation. Depending on the establishment it may be clean or maybe not.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more flexible and understanding towards the employees schedules and actually hire more people.
