    Pros

Lots of people at IHS work from home, work shifted hours (7am-3pm) , or have comp time schedules. Many people report to someone in another city or timezone. Accountability is questionable, but you are able to make your own busywork. Data is a house of cards, though.

    Cons

Data is a house of cards. Some day someone will realize this stuff is not as good as they sell it to be. Minimal accountability in management. Tons of managers left over from buyouts that can't find a better deal elsewhere.........get out if you are right below that level as you will never move up. Be forewarned if you are at the middle management level as you will have to fight for a place.

    Advice to Management

You are not my coach, Jerre.
