    Pros

    - Flexible AF
    - Good Benefits (when you qualify)
    - Most Co-Workers(IKEA propaganda name for their employees)

    - New tardy point system makes you resentful

    Advice to Management

Make your managers take a Management class or 2, seriously. Everyone there has risen through the ranks from the bottom, but just because you know how to follow doesn't mean you know how to lead. Also, just because Corporate says to do something doesn't mean you have to, if it dampens our morale and affects our particular sales SAY NO. At the end of the day what matters to corporate is the $$$.
