    I worked at INetU full-time

    Pros

    Attempts to treat employees fairly, company lunches on Wednesdays, and company outings are frequent.

    A great place to start a career in the IT field and gain valuable experience with various technologies.

    Nice 401k plan with percentage matching.

    Cons

    Working directly with the client is challenging and at time exceedingly stressful as shifts have been traditionally critically understaffed. Complex/involved tasks often require more time that permitted due to the rapid pace and client workload. Client Service employees are typically unhappy overall.

    Responsibilities and roles required of client services is continually involving as is the required demands on employees to keep up with new offerings and the ability to provide support for new products often with little training or exposure.

    Overall pay (Client Services) is far lower that should be based on demands and the responsibilities required.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Company culture has changed radically, once a grass roots 'family/fraternity' has become corporatized and is more profit driven than before. The company cares less about its employees and smaller longtime clients then it has in the past and doesn't effectively reward or motivate employees for their performance.
