I have been working at IO full-time (more than an year)

Great ideas and lots of talented people working there. Free lunches, snacks, and drinks.

Starting out, things seemed great. Projected growth was looking good and lots of new opportunities. But then the smoke started to clear and what seemed turned out to be a farce. The biggest issue was that there were several people in leadership positions who did not possess the proper skill-sets to be effective leaders. The organization was a small-to-medium sized business that had been around for several years, yet still acted like a start-up. The teams were constantly running from one "fire" to the next, which I think was due to lack of solid process. Work/Life balance was no existent, with some people working during their time off... so much for "unlimited vacation", Overall, i'd say the culture has a terminal cancer which is eating away at the moral of the employees and will not be sustainable long term.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
