    Pros

    Flexible, work from home, education, and colleagues

    Cons

    Manager is not responsive, rude director, not good benefits, pay increased limited, promotion limited, growth is restrained, Manager doesn't provide moral supports. Employee being pulled in different directions (quality, productivity #, education, clients' needs).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Manager and director need to understand their employee needs besides approving time off and reprimanding. Employees are being pulled from different directions and have to dealt with many issues everyday. It is important to provide moral supports and instill positivity. Understood that we are all adults in the professional world but we are human and if we are working for a company that our director is being rude and condescending, we lose that confident. As a manager and director, you have the rights to ask x, y, and z but at the same time it is important to give.
