    Pros

Work in interesting places, get a range of interesting roles, work with great people

    Cons

When a project ends, your employment is terminated. It's very hard to start accruing benefits into a pension plan, many people are hired on renewing 9 month contracts so they never qualify for the benefits of a full employee.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider working on strategies to mitigate employee turnover. Loosing al the employees of a project after it ends is very costly to a company in the long-run because your talent goes to the competition, and you have to hire and train new people again.
