Great pay, good people. Small company feel (at least to me). They've been improving since I've been here, and I can see things heading in a better direction, but it is a slow go.

Outdated systems, IT, poor company performance (partly driven by economic conditions, but also seems somewhat driven by management). As previously stated, changes are slow to happen, but that is to be expected from a company this size. It is foreign owned, which can sometimes cause issues. Primary issue seems like lack of communication.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take advice from the people you hire. They should be there for a reason. Also, watch what is said to employees. Think about how information may or may not be interpreted by the individuals at the lower level.
