I have been working at IPSoft full-time (more than 3 years)

Courageous, insightful leadership who will not be deterred.
Process and performance growth (at least in our office) has sky rocketed in past 6 months
Not afraid to lose the chaff
Best freaking technology I've ever seen and I've been around. The stuff plain works.
It is what you can make of it - if you align with the vision - you'll get rewarded as your hard work shows dividends
Supportive if you perform well, willing to invest in you if you've got drive.
I personally never liked working with lazy people or folks who just wanted a paycheck and would act "dumb" if they could get away with it. That rarely happens here. Smart people, who are either on the train or watching it roll away.
Approachable leadership if you come bearing solutions.
Extremely diverse office - great view!
Everything is really improving since I started - process, training, promotions, technology, leadership, client base.
You never know who is going to teach you something.

You can't hide. At all my previous tech employers - I could sneak away for a day and no one would notice. (he - sorry gals :) - not here.
Training is getting much better but there's still room for improvement.
If you don't perform well, you're going to have to get out of the dog house before you're in line for rewards again.-Maybe I'm soft but I had some cushy jobs in the past.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make a decision to go public. No better way to align the organization behind a common goal.
