    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at IUOE full-time (More than 10 years)

Benefits are good. Pay is good as well.

Business agents are like most business agents, useless, lazy, sleazy, etc. Union halls are staffed with low score GED misfits. Check out the spelling of most of the correspondence and dispatch slips, More often than not, the simplest of words are mispelled. The staff is usualy wives, ex wives, or other related types. I've dealt with this organization for more than twenty years. I speak from experience.

    Advice to Management

If you have any integrity at all, (What a joke). Quit / resign. You're under qualified to adequately represent those who you are paid to represent. Simple fact of the matter is, you not able to hold a real job.
