I have been working at IZ-ON Media as a contractor for more than 5 years

    Pros

Flexible work schedule, able to work nights, weekends, or when ever. Paid drive time and mileage. Great job if you are a stay-at-home parent.

    Cons

Not full time thus no medical benefits. Communication gap between management and ISRs. No opportunities for advancement. Only a job not a career.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Grow your network.
