I worked at Illinois Institute of Technology full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Professional development and training available, good salary, tuition remission for self and family available, ability to grow into other divisions/campus locations, and excellent benefits and PTO policies.

    Cons

Difficult to move up in certain groups/divisions; usually have to make laterally moves. HR is almost non-existent and supports only the company not the employees.

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
