I have been working at Impact Digital full-time (more than 10 years)

The company provides excellent resident service. The communities offer a clean working environment.

Capped out of pay within first two years of employment. There have been employees who have not been offered raises in 8-15+ years. No direct deposit, no life insurance, no 401K. Company is micromanaged. I was hired in as a smoker several years ago and the company recently banned smoking on site, without cessation aids offered. The company took away all 15 minute breaks. One hour lunch breaks are NOT company paid, which means you work an hour later than companies that offer a company paid lunch. To make up hours, the company expects employees to work through their non paid company lunch (9 hour work days with no breaks), for which only then the company will pay an employee or work outside of regular office hours, whether there's work to do or not. Refusing not to make up hours outside of regular office hours or working through the non company paid lunch (wink) will result in loss of hours, pay, medical insurance, and most likely vacation time. This is a bitter pill to swallow for an employee initially hired in as a full-time salaried employee, later changed to hourly, then changes in the smoking policy, changes in breaks, loss of pay, which led to this review. Offices lack modern technology. Ways of the company and completing the work required are very primitive. The company has nothing to offer its employees except hardship and headaches.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Become at least competitive or raise the industry standard with employee benefits. Management style is corporate greed, very 80's, and out of touch with modern business practices.
