    Pros

At Impact networking you are expected to work hard and are held accountable for all that you do. This is a big time pro in my opinion. You will never look to a fellow employee and feel like they are not working toward the same goals as you because everyone is on the same page. We are all in it together in every thing we do. Supporting our sales teams unconditionally is what it's all about for each person in the company. We support each others efforts every day. We know that every customer relationship is important and we all nurture these relationships to ensure that we maintain current customers and attract new customers. The executive staff know and show that Impact networking belongs to all of us not just partners. We all have a stake in the decisions that are made. We know that our partners make all decisions based on what is good for all of us not just a few of us. Yes, we work hard and we play hard and are held accountable for our actions and I wouldn't have it any other way!

    Cons

Can't really think of any cons that wouldn't sound petty.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep treating staff with the respect that you have always shown. Take care of your people and they will take care of you.
