    Great opportunity to be part of a team and see your effort build a territory. True sales people understand what it takes to be successful. You wont be handed success, you need to go out and make it happen. Security space is hot and this product delivers protection where other vendors fall short. All software has issues and not a fit for every environment, but issues do get resolved. Just like any company, if you can communicate in a professional and solutions oriented voice the opportunity to build a business is here. Many great people make it a good work environment for most. Bring your A game and the positive can do attitude of a winner.


    The solution does not sell itself. The market still doesn't know exactly what Imperva does and that can be frustrating when you know your client has the problem. You must be on point with sharp sales skills to be successful. Resources are constrained in a few areas making it difficult to meet expectations for some people. Hindered in your job performance because resources are tight, regardless of your skill and ability, has a negative impact on job satisfaction.

    Advice to Management

    Any Exec change is painful and employees fear the unknown. Stop patting each other on the back and saying what a great job you are doing. We see it for what it is. Many on the front line grind need to see Execs be genuine and acknowledge those dedicated to making it happen.
