    I worked at Impulse Monitoring full-time


    Very little travel if any


    The training is sub par. It starts with classroom " academics" then you are off to your clinical training with people who may or may not be certified. Typically not. Then you have a month to be checked off. Plus there is micromanagement throughout.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Educate your managers because some have never been one before, just because they have been there the longest doesn't constitute leadership, a lot of them have no idea how to manage. A course would benefit them especially when merging.
