    -you are related to the CEO
    -you kiss up to the CEO every chance you get
    -you love being micro-managed or mis-managed


    Extremely high turnover, no method of evaluation or review, no formal HR management or counsel ever provided to employees that are missing the mark, no loyalty to employees, the worst is assumed in every situation possible, the CEO micro-manages her company whenever possible.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    This company has more issues than a psych ward patient. If you are offered a position at their Headquarters, don't just say no. RUN AWAY AS FAST AND AS FAR AS YOU CAN. This company claims to have an "open door" policy, but lets be honest- the door only opens one way. Communications never flow down from the executive level. Every employee outside of management is kept in the dark about the direction of the company. Management here has more secrets than the Nixon office.
    Evaluations are never performed, because management is scared of the backlash. Therefore you will never know where you stand with the company. You may be getting high praise 1 day and 3 months later you are fired and given no explanation whatsoever.
    They practice unethical (if not illegal) recruiting methods and encourage naïve new recruiters to do the same.
    Their proposal department claims capabilities that they do not have.
    Turnover here is astronomical! No formal training exists. They practice a sink or swim method, so don't be surprised that 90% of employees hired sink within the first year.
    Sick days don't exist. Have fun taking your stingy paid time off for that virus that knocks you out for a week.
    The CEO loves to hire her family members- even when they are grossly incompetent.
