    Pros

Young, good looking people with some cool perks like free lunches and snacks. Fast paced business so you have the opportunity to get hands on experience quickly, if you are so motivated.

    Cons

    - Terrible management. It's a "boys club" of people at the top. Lots of yelling and attempts at intimidation.
    - No HR department. So surprised no sexual harassment lawsuits have been filed.
    - No reasoning behind some of the internal promotions other than the CEO "likes" those people.
    - No training, no clear expectations, and never a design brief. You do work and hope for the best it's good enough not to get yelled at.
    - You eventually stop caring about the work that you do, and do just enough to get by. A lot of people who work here live with this attitude, and if you are a self motivated person, it begins to suck pretty quick.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

As long as you continue to try and micro-manage every aspect of your business, people that have great ideas and genuinely want to make an impact will continue to fail here. Hire people who are good at what they do and trust them to make the right decisions for your business. Stop running your business like a high school popularity contest.
