    Pros

    We have won large deals,with new technology platforms,the learning to manage and deliver this as per client expectations is really very challenging. Quality and time lines become very important and clients are as usual very demanding.

    Cons

    We need to have a focused or dedicated resource manager to take care of the capacity planning for the Business Unit any spikes should trigger an alert to start the staffing exercise,else we start to get hit on the work volumes and eventually the quality becomes to suffer.
