    Pros

Location (close to Rt 28). Bonuses.

    Cons

In response to the latest review, no, there are NOT only 5 family members at IPA. This person is married to that person whose sister also works there whose husband works there whose cousin works there...you get the point. Someone is married to someone there. I learned the hard way that you should keep your mouth shut unless you are spoken to. Be careful who you do talk to. Word gets spread very fast and if it gets into the wrong hands, do not expect HR or management to go easy on you -- UNLESS you are "family". Even if you are a mediocre employee (as some of the family members are), you would still get the same bonus as a hard-working one.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop assuming that non-family members are OK with the poor way they are treated. There are plenty of hard-working people at IPA who want to do well but they are consistently overlooked because they didn't have an "in" through family. One manager, who is immediate family, doesn't even have the skills to set an appt or even use spell-check, but they are one of the highest paid people at the company. The CEO turns a blind eye to this and, because of that, there is a very high turnover of staff at IPA.
