    Pros

You will learn techniques and surgical cases that many hospitals do not do.
Will train new employees to both scrub and circulate.
Precepting new employees very rewarding and satisfying.
A great place to learn organizational and management skills.

    Cons

    Constantly changing interns, residents.
Hard to get any time off.
Pay increases very minuscule, even for high performers.
No breaks given, except for lunch, even for twelve hour people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Need to respect their employees.
    Listen to employees opinions.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
