I worked at Indiana University full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Health benefits are very good and cheap. Tuition benefits for employee and dependents. Discounted entry to arts and sports events. 30 days of paid time off from your first year!

    Cons

They will not offer you a competitive salary. No bonuses in most cases. No rewards for accomplishing some big thing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to retain your trained employees. Letting people go without trying to compensate them is not good at all in long term

    Recommends
