I worked at Infinite Chicago full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

If your good at sales and naturally charming you can make decent money here. What is also nice is that you actually can save customers money and the leads are actually warm and there is no need to cold call if you don't want to. Their marketing system is sound and the trainers actually train. You can make money if you can sell. It's better then many other B2B firms as it is all between the contract company and it's existing vendors.

    Cons

Training week is only $150 instead of the $250 they claim. You will easily spend about $20 per day on gas and must stupidly drive to the office in the morning and back again at the end of the day. Thereby wasting both time and energy especially if your territory is close to your home. The co-workers are great but the management, especially the CEO is both pompous and condescending. Anything less then 3 applications for Comcast per day is frowned upon and trainees must get at least 3 per day for consecutive days. The culture is a little cultish and meant to reinforce how "great it is to work here" despite the fact you will lose money, time, and energy......while barely breaking even with both your 9 hour work days and gas cost. The training itself is a bit inconsistent as you can be given to complete and unready morons. Just because they can sell doesn't mean they can train. The management program is also a joke as so many wash out and there is a constant supply of used warm trainees leaving weekly. Customers are also unsure of your credentials which also inhibit your sales. This job will tire you out with 45 plus hours per week on all 100% commission pay. Your just a number and warm body to them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Less pressure to force trainees into 100% commission by their 2nd week. More standardized training with a dedicated office staff tasked to more in class time. Elimante one of the meetings so reps can stay out in the field longer.
