I have been working at Infinity Property & Casualty (More than a year)

    Pros

This company is very flexible with your schedule. As long as you get the work done, they are not micromanaging your hours. Company also offers good health insurance.

    Cons

The salary is not very competitive to the market and senior management can seem disconnected with the daily claims process. The customer base is growing rapidly and the company has not been able to staff quick enough. However, this could be a good thing as there is potential to grow.
