I have been working at InfoReliance full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

They're doing leading edge tech on cool projects. Big app dev deals in AWS, mobile app dev, big data with realtime streaming and analytics, warfighter support. I'm having fun. Don't know what some of these other reviewers are complaining about. Smart people. They (mostly) do a good job hiring so you get to work with good people. Management does seem to focus on people who can help win new business, but to that's a win. That's why we're growing so fast, I guess. Community focus. They're big into certain charities, like the Wounded Warriors and the Leukemia & Lymphoma society. Fun fundraising events.

    Cons

It's definitely not perfect. There's so much to do the hours can be long. They need more people who can do certain things because right now too much falls onto too few people. Corporate communication is weak. Sometimes there's a burst of info about what's going on, then nothing for weeks.

    Advice to Management

Leadership team should spend more time talking to people on project teams. They need to know more about what we're doing and we need to know more about what they're doing.
