    All of the employees are awesome! They go so far out of there way to make it all happen! Awesome product InfoBurst. Great place to learn so many things, if your wiling to accept the cons!


    If you like being manipulated, yelled at and belittled, this is a fantastic place to work. The CEO (Paul Grill) and VP/ COO / HR Director (Yolande Grill) are married, She wares the pants and makes all the decisions. Your are expected to work way more hours then they will ever pay you for. No management at all! No supervisors, No managers, HR is a joke, there is none. The culture of "Be a Butterfly" is a huge fail! There are no rules unless they are made by Yolande on a per person basis and can change daily, depending on your gender and mood of Yolande. There is no review process, if you want a review and pay increase, plan on begging for it.The company hand book pdf is not worth the 120k disk space it takes up, that is if you can find it since there is no direction to find or get anything. Have no doubt the vulgarity and tears from the COO are just a ploy to gauge your reaction, Some may say this is slanderous, it can only be slander if it is untrue. I have given my deposition to the department of labor to say these exact same things under oath. Please check InfoSol with the AZ Department of Labor before you apply.

    Advice to Management

    Look at how many people have run away from InfoSol in the past 3 years and why. Don't have the cause of the company problems doing the exit interviews. You as the CEO and COO are destroying InfoSol from the top down. Stop lying to your employees! Stop treating people like they are garbage and disposable. Learn what the laws are concerning employees. You know those 3 year old posters in the kitchen that you have never looked at!
