I worked at Infor (More than 8 years)
There are some very smart, hard working people at Infor from mid-level management down to the people working in the trenches. Work location can be remote and not tied to having to go into an office. Benefits were decent. Legacy products are very mature and solid.
Executive Management is horrible. They absolutely do not care about the employees and because of this people are leaving in droves. Exec Mgmt has no clue or direction regarding what to do with all the products. There is a reason why they have never gone public because they would get hammered by Wall-street. No stock options for the employees.
Advice to Management
Step down. You have an unbelievable portfolio of products and you have an unbelievable group of subject matter experts. Just because you came from Oracle, does not make you smarter than the folks that were there prior to your arrival. Leverage that knowledge base you have in-house. Listen to them.
