I have been working at Inmarsat full-time (more than 3 years)

The company is on the leading edge of communications for Maritime, with excellent products and a very talented group of people leading the way. This company offers a very good benefit package. They offer ample opportunities to train on their products and services. HR is very proactive in trying to get to the bottom of the issues.

They are bogged down with ineffective, uninspired middle management. The middle management staff have very little regard for the people they supervise. The managers are not managed nor are they held accountable by their upper management. There have been numerous opportunities for the Upper Management to respond to repeated requests from lower level employees to get involved.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't just pay lip service to the lower level employees. Do something about the ineffective middle management before you continue to lose employees that really do give their all to a job.
