    I worked at Innovation Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    There will always be work and for the most part the people are good to work with.

    Cons

    Constantly changing managers and employees. Processes and procedures change daily to make it a tough place to work. They do not pay well at all and the company can't get out of it's own way. Also, there are endless promises that are never fulfilled. Never enough employees for the work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    When you promise your employees something time after time, it would be nice if you followed through once in a while. Also, having stability in the workplace makes employees feel at ease and better perform their never ending and overloaded workload.
