    I have been working at Insignia Technology Services full-time (More than 5 years)


    The only pro to working for this company is the staff (non-management) located here in the Newport News office.


    Lack of Professionalism by management and some team members: Examples - often talking badly about employees openly in hallways and conference rooms, often cussing and using inappropriate language, slamming doors or phone receivers on desks, misrepresenting resource plans and goals to customers, threats and intimidation. Employees do not trust management and should not. Infrastructure, Corporate and Program Wide barely exists. Leadership is a foreign concept and is non-existent. Top down communication is ineffective and rarely occurs. Lack of Fairness and Ethics corporate wide.

    Advice to Management

    Advice to Management is pointless. Individuals who blame others for their mistakes, individuals who cannot and will not accept responsibility for their actions, individuals who treat employees with disrespect and disregard, individuals who have no issue with lying to customers --- will never heed advice from others.
