    Pros

    Upper Management very community minded.
    High regard for customer needs
    Extremely supportive of work/life balance
Has weathered several periods of economic turmoil very well
    High level of business ethics

    Cons

    Sometimes slow to make changes
Sometimes there is too much red-tape and bureaucracy
In general, Insperity is a good place to work. They treat their employees with respect.

    Advice to Management

I would like to see management take a little more technological risk, especially regarding the use of social media. As we grow, it would be nice to see the highest level executives yield more strategic authority to other people.
