    Like working for the government you can work a long time no matter what how well you perform.


    Politics is rampant among first and second level managers. Real business problems (affecting clients) are not addressed. Some poor performance is legendary - but no one does anything about it!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to the underlings. They'll tell you about poor managers getting away with lack of leadership, management and motivation. Conduct 360 feedback assessments on all managers. Address the real problems in service that are short-changing client satisfaction.
