    Pros

Fantastic place to work, amazing company. We truly help small and medium sized businesses. I love getting up and coming to work.

    Cons

It can take a long time to build a network and make a sale. Takes serious commitment to learning the product(s) and prospecting. If you're willing to do that, it's an amazing job.

    Advice to Management

My only issue is with the distribution of leads. They seem to be given to those who have been around the longest. If new people are working hard and doing the right things, they should be thrown a bone every now and then.
