Intercall makes strategic moves by integrating their conferencing platform with other leading UCC technologies with companies like Microsoft, Cisco, BlueJeans. ?. Etc Some really forward thinking individuals to work with. Decent internal global collaboration among product and sales teams.Cons
The company culture would greatly benefit by hiring experienced professionals as a whole.
And stop putting entry level college grads in roles that are responsible for very technical IT relationships. Its not fair to the account rep, the company or the client. Ramp up these bright individuals before putting them in technical driver seats. This will lower attrition at the very least.Advice to ManagementAdvice
