Business Unit: close-knit group; those involved in supporting revenue growth will work closely with you to get the job done and help close the sale; decent PTO accrual.
Corporate: under new leadership, it is their way or the highway; create challenging sales goals designed for the professional to fail (based on territory); finger-pointing to find scapegoats if reports are not in line with their expectations; want you to be a "Yes" man or woman; too much micro-managing. Business Unit: foster family-like atmosphere, but under corporate leadership, that is not the atmosphere corporate wants; corporate wants win-at-all-cost, even if it means to "stab-colleague-in-the-back"; no career growth; no chance to telecommute.
