    I worked at Interbrand full-time (more than an year)


    Opportunity for some employees to transfer to other global offices. Large network from which to pull new ideas.


    Lack of leadership. More concerned about bottom-line than staff. Very low compensation, minimal to no pay raises. Long hours are not compensated. Very little appreciation for the work being done. Low employee morale. Not the greatest work product.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Ensure that there is strong leadership in all the regional offices. When multiple employees flag a particular manager as being a poor leader and a large contributor to the low morale, do something about it.
