I worked at Interface RehabPros
None. I can't think of anything good to say except for the fact that they have a lot of career opportunities for therapists if that's even a good thing with this company. If I can give no stars, I would.Cons
They DO NOT pay a competitive rate. As a matter of fact, they love to hire new grads because they can pay the lowest rate. New grads beware, don't expect to get the training from a licensed therapist because they are way too busy with supervising assistants and rehab aides and completing paper works/documentation. They'll promise you full-time work so you would expect to stay in one building but once census drops, they will make you go from building to building just so you can get your hours. To top it off, you have a quality control person that comes in about once a month to audit patient charts (current and discharged charts) and tell you what you're missing, what needs to be done, and what you should do. By the way, these "auditors" aren't therapists themselves.
Any nursing home with Interface as their rehab will tell you that staffing in very inconsistent. Everyday is a different therapist except for the DOR (director of rehab). They rely on on-call staff instead of maintaining full-time employees.
If you don't have enough hours, you'll receive a phone call from a scheduling staff to tell you that you don't have enough hours at your building. Since you're not getting your hours at your building, they'll ask if you're willing to go to other buildings that way you can get you're full 8 hours. It can be an hour or two hours in one building another hour at another building. So, if you're will to drive to get your full-time or part-time hours, its your call.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Nursing homes rely on a consistent rehab staff to provide quality treatment to the patients. Unless a therapist signed on as a per-diem, full-time/part-time staff expect to be in the same building and not be bounced from building to building. Pay rate could be better for the amount of work and productivity you expect from your therapists. There are other companies to choose from with a better pay rate and benefits package.Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo opinion of CEO
