    Pros

Pension plan is decent. Staff/Drs are good to work with.

    Cons

Rest of benefits are nothing extraordinary. 401k match is low. Management is terrible. Very money driven corporation. Not enough focus on improving patient care. They do not value education or years of experience at all! They would rather pay a new nurse less, than retain someone with 10 plus years of experience.

    Advice to Management

Be involved in house your department runs, and take initiative to fix problems and reward good work. Advocate more for your employees.
