IRD was a great place to work for a long time - innovative, proactive, pro-employee

Money got tight and SMT started circling the wagons, putting in senior leadership that killed morale or are not up to the job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You will attract great people - listen to them and allow IRD to grow and innovate without the stress of having to cover their backsides all the time. Arthur Keys needs to accept new points of view and allow new experienced executives in at the top levels of IRD. They've lost some great senior people over the years and I know certain orgs won't work with them because of how word gets around. Tremendous turnover at the director-level for years - what does that tell you?
