    Pros

If you like sports (re: golf), sales, cold calling all day/everyday, and getting yelled at on the phone you might like it here. That's pretty much it.

    Cons

Potential to make decent amount on commissions but the base is so low and sales 95% of the time are few and far between that it's just not a living wage. It's 100% sales, don't let the job posting tell you otherwise. You'll talk to some interesting people but that's 5-10% of the time, the rest of the day/week is spent trying to get through gatekeepers (by lying) and listening to a lot of voicemails. If you love sales and sports then heck, maybe this is the job for you but you'll probably get bored. Also, if you have any shred of ethics, you'll dislike this job real fast. Turnover is so high here and there is a reason for that, they barely train you and expect you to make 150-200 calls a day and hound you if your numbers aren't there, no matter the quality of your calls. In my time there, there was nearly a completely different set of people (except managers) than from when I started and I was there less than a year.

    Advice to Management

Don't belittle your employees so much. That's not a very good motivational tactic. Reward the little things, build on that and don't come down so hard for every little mistake.
