So much wasted potential. The new owners will probably liquidate most of the corporation simply because it can't perform

I have been working at Interplex Industries full-time for more than 5 years

Pay checks don't bounce, new air conditioning units, aside from that there isn't anything else to be said. Gives you a good idea of what the bottom of the barrel looks like.

More than I can list. Management seems to have no clue, nepotism for miles, employees are treated with disrespect, upper management is sexist, Customers are complaining at an increasing rate, such comments as "there is a systemic issue in the interplex corporation." More emphasis is placed on buying new office furniture than on maintaining the borderline decrepit machines. Employees get no compensation or notice for going above and beyond. Management is cheap, they will not pay you what your current market value is just try to undercut you by up to half. President and most upper management are vindictive. This ship is sinking, fast.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Start treating employees with respect, stop acting like everything is perfect because it's far from that.
Get new machines or properly fix what you already have.
Stop paying employees slightly above McDonalds pay for close to three times the work.
Stop hanging childish cartoon castles on the production floor in an attempt to raise moral, it makes you look bad.
Stop wondering why people keep leaving, take some action and give them a reason to stay.
    Stop hiring layabouts.
Take the time to learn the business you're running you clearly have no idea.
Stop hiring family and letting them further the already horridly low moral.
Stop letting yes men yes you to death and produce no results.
