1. Not so good benefits, 2. HR is horrible in communication, ofcourse probably lowest paid non-professional, 3. They are not prime vendor for any of their client, they are body shop, 4. They do not offer vision insurance, HSA/FSA benefits, 5. If you look at the first letter of appointment, you will laugh..very very unprofessional. Clearly indicates these people have no experience of running a company, 6. They do not submit all the documents to authority if you need VISA transfer, 7. They do not have a good attorney, probably underpaid by Interpro. Takes more than double time to process any paper. Writes emails like they are writing an essay in the college. 8. They Do not share any paper, info unless you ask and you are entitled. Not a "trustworthy" company. 9. Gives false information about to make that look like its legit. 10. Do not have many consultants working in the company.
Advice to Management
Learn to run a company like pros not like a cheap grocery store. Respect the employees and offer benefits. Your current strategies and process will only make you survive but in the longer run you will build the repo that is going to make candidates runaway. So there goes your business.
