    Pros

If you like being micro-managed by people who have no idea what they are doing, then this is the company for you. Look at the history of business segments in the financial statements. They started, then closed numerous business segments within 3-5 months. If you want a company that literally starts then stops, this is the right company for you.

    Cons

Managers provide no direction, that is because the managers get no direction. Therefore the Executive team provides no direction, and that is because they promoted inept people by the way of politics and favoritism. Yes, give high priority projects to friends that have 0 experience in that field, and when it fails, promote their friends and find someone else to blame.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Let a company buy you out, keep the stock shares of the new company, and write a book on how to get rich by destroying a company through mismanagement. Negative earnings on 200 million + in revenue, that says it all right there.
