    I worked at Interserve full-time (More than a year)


    Good training, opportunities to move within business, decent pay for graduates


    Lots of life long staff who dont always understand new ideas/reluctance to change. Birmingham office in a poor location. Rubbish company cars. Some good opportunities around in the firm but had to put up resignation before they were offered to me.

    Advice to Management

    Keep bringing in new people and keep on developing them or you will be out of talent in a few years. Promote youth - it worked with the Chief Exec! Align bonuses to personal performance and not just the business unit. Lose 1 layer of management (assistant directors) who dont really have the power to change anything.
