    I have been working at Intratek full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    They always have been fair to me as an employee, and were very understanding when I had to take some personal time off to care for my ill mother, even though I hadn't been working at the company for very long. Management is interested in hearing from their employees on ideas and suggestions, which I am not used to with previous employers.

    Cons

    Consider making the probation period shorter so that benefits can kick-in sooner.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The probation period of 180 days is too long, and not really standard in this industry. I think it should be 90 days, which is more common.
