Trainees can learn and start their career.
1) No good work culture to maintain senior resources. This company is completely depending on one Technical manager in india delivery centre. He always wants girls and will talk with girls only...He can handle a project only if the team is full of girls. He even not strong in technical but he will blame others. No good workmodel. The management wont provie any trainings but senior guys have to learn and train the company. They expect senior resource should work like a dog. They feel trainees as their biggest assets.
Advice to Management
1) Please follow some good work model. 2) Knock off senior managers who not fit for project managment spoiling the company culture 3) Try to give trainings to employees dont expect from employees .... 4) Try to treat all genders equally....Male or female
