I have been working at Intuit full-time (More than 5 years)

This is my second stint with Intuit. I left Intuit last year and joined PayPal. I then realized what I was missing and I came back :) Great coworkers who are really smart, respectful and genuinely nice. In fact, I would stress on the genuinely nice portion. It's embedded in our culture. Folks are humble, genuine and always ready to help out. The company really cares about its employees and treats them really well. Work-life balance is awesome. No one cares if you are working from home as long as it doesn't impact work. Testing and learning culture means you can try out new ideas.

You will be working with multiple teams on any given project. As a result, you will spend a lot of time in meetings meeting new people, building relationships and credibility. At times, you might feel that things are progressing really slow because you need to bring the whole organization bought into your idea. This can be stressful at times. But, I guess that's what makes this job fun and challenging at the same time.

    Advice to Management

Continue to drive employee engagement thru transparency.
