Plenty of overtime in height of season. A lot of incentives. Flexible schedule.
Very unhappy customers. Not enough training. Agents getting blamed for software that doesn't work. Pay is not enough for the stress from customers and managers too.
Advice to Management
Stop micromanaging! It's annoying! Trust that the agents are doing their jobs sufficiently. Suggest more efficient training.
