I have been working at Intuit as a contractor (less than a year)

Working from home is a definite plus. Decent 401k if you are with the company long enough to be vested in it.

Products were changed for 2014 tax year and this has caused public backlash. It has also caused MANY technical issues and problems on the backend and tax support is expected to resolve these issues without any technical training. Very unrealistic to expect such high call resolution percentages when there are so many problems. Tax support and tax advice agents were trained on the desktop products, yet 90% of the calls are from online users and the differences in product functionality are vast. I have also found practically no support from management and it even teeters on a hostile work environment. Passive/aggressive management style in my 'team'. I have above average call resolution and net promoter scores yet I feel like my manager is setting me up for failure on a daily basis. Did not expect a work from home position to be so political. Bad experience overall.
